Panera Bread

Pleasant, not too crowded place. The service was very kind and polite, accepted the order and delivered the meal with a genuine smile. Very tasty Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup for which I only paid $10.10. If it weren't for the fact that I'm here on a short vacation, I would love to visit this place again.

There was a young boy working today, July 3 at 10 am, taking my order and he was just the sweeties and most attentive. A customer came in with a nasty attitude and I notice how calm the cashier was as I was losing my patience towards the customer. He treated me very kindly after that interaction with that hectic customer. I always have a great experience in This Panera

I attempted to get a to go order roughly 10 min before the restaurant was closing but they were unable to serve me because they were closing soon. I understood but this isn’t the first time I had issues with this Panera location. Every time I dine in, the staff, especially the kitchen workers near where guest pick up there food speak loudly and inappropriately. Although they are talking to themselves or other workers it definitely makes the restaurant goers uncomfortable.

I went to Mount Prospect Panada Bread around 2pm on Tuesday, June 7th 2022. I ordered pick two. Front person doesn’t ask me choice apple or chip. They gave me little bread. Salad was the worst. I ordered fuji apple with chicken & Napa Almond Chockes Salad. Green was’t fresh and there was only a little green romaine on the bottom of the small container and 2-3 little pieces of chicken and Almond. So the little container was only half full. I’ve been to so many Panada Bread but this mount prospect location is the worst worst experience.
