Had to place a to go order, but it wouldn't let me pick the time I needed. I arrived as soon as they opened. Explained the situation and what time I needed it by so I could get it back to Alma hospital in time for lunch. They were all so very kind and helpful. I was out early with the food and on my way!! I made it in time and was able to enjoy lunch with my loved one. The steak was over cooked...but still edible, that's why the 4 star on the food. I would definitely recommend just for the kind employees alone.

It is truly a neighborhood grill because I feel like I'm at home every time I go. And the food is to die for. The service is so good I almost forgot to mention the food. Wow!

Friday night dinner rush. We sat at the bar. Our order was taken almost immediately. Even though they were busy our food was served timely and cooked perfectly. The steaks were juicy and tender. I love their mashed potatoes.

Started off with my sandwich having all the toppings falling off due to rushed assembling however the manager swapped the sandwich out without any issues and even gave me a coupon for next time as an apology... The food was epic and even made my fiance (who has boycotted Applebee's for years now) fall in love with them again and even asked to go back again. Very satisfied and will make this place top on our list of rotations!!!

We walked in five minutes before they opened not realizing it because we are never out that early. This nice lady still opened the door for us and welcomed us inside even tho they weren’t quite open yet. Then our food was amazing!! And cheap! The service was outstanding! Will be going back!

Our service was impeccable. The food was delicious. The prime dip was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. The chicken alfredo was a tad dry and could have used more sauce. So I'd ask for extra. The cilantro rice was also very good. I also discovered I LOVE Sam Adam's Cherry Wheat Ale. 🍒 I'm definitely drinking that more. Three cheese Pene pasta was great as well.

I took my son to Applebee’s tonight for bud 21st birthday when nothing else was open. We sat at the bar and were served by Tessa. Though we got there just 50 minutes before closing, Tessa was so kind, patient, and helped my son figure out a drink that he would like after I picked him out a drink that he did not like.
I would return to this location just to make sure I got the quality service that Tessa provides.

Good food and service. Just an update. We stopped in on our way to shop and I tried their new quesadilla salad and it was wonderful. I had tried it at the Midland location and it was terrible not worth it but I thought I'd try it again. Very tasty and filling would recommend.

Absolutely 💯 loved the atmosphere took my 2 year old granddaughter. She shared the all can eat wings with me.😉she ate most of the fries and that's saying something because she's picky. 5-Stars from us thank you
The only thing we didn't like were the garlic wings they were far too strong so we stuck to the honey BBQ they were a big hit
