936-Very nice Taco Bell; however, like almost all Mount Pleasant businesses, you'll never find it without Google Maps.

My family and I had lunch at this location today. The employees were so friendly, food was great, and the manager was on top of her game. (I believe her name was Tamika if I'm not mistaken)
A very rude customer came inside while we were dining in, and she handled that customer very professionally. She handled it much better than I would have. 5 star review well deserved

They offer dine in and the drive-through is always fast. Inside could used a clean hot rag on most surfaces/windows. The crew has always been nice, and the food has always been fresh and accurate!

This Taco Bell uses the actual Mexican pizza shells as opposed to the Crunchwrap shells. Best Taco Bell in Charleston area.

The food, one of the best in the area and taco bell still has some of the better options out there. Service has always been great here, I've had Victor help me in the drive through the last three times I've been in, each time he's always gone through each and every check down to make sure it's correct, and has been pleasant and courteous in our interaction. Definitely will be coming back on more days when I'm too busy to pack a lunch. Being one of the only places that accepts tap pay for a quick meal has also been key.

Food is good if in stock. They keep CHANGING CLOSING TIME! 8pm is current closing, too early for me to get there after work so I have to wait for them to change back to a later time again

This was the best Taco Bell I've ever had. 10/10. Y'all even got my annoying mobile order right. I always have at least one mistake or something isn't fresh. But it was all perfect!

Honestly, it's taco bell. I went inside, and it's what you expect. Not perfectly clean, but not too bad either. But! The reason I wanted to review, is because the people were genuine nice to me and another customer I saw. Not particularly professional, but kindness goes a long way.

I found employee, Michael J, to be extremely helpful and informative, especially since it's been so long since I've been to a Taco Bell. He saw me bypass the hot and diablo sauces and asked if I would prefer mild. Yes. Even opened the doors, since my hands were full of their delicious food. What outstanding customer service!
