Starbucks

I try hard to avoid the Green Siren people but at this time of day, this was the only place open. It was cold and dark and dreary outside. I did not feel like working from the van this morning. Here's a toasty warm and comfortable Starbucks so I settled. My barista was friendly and quick to pour my coffee. I took a table in a corner with a tall blonde roast that mostly sat unconsumed, I spent nearly three hours here this morning with my laptop. The wifi worked well, the store was clean and I was undisturbed while I pounded away on the Internet.

This is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks out there. Living in 4 states in the last 5 years I visit many Starbucks for my 7 shot caramel macchiato daily, usually multiple times. Yet this is the only time I've ever left a review. The manager at this Starbucks Rachel is absolutely amazing. She remembers your name, your order and always goes out of her way to make you feel like a human being. In many industries we've become a customer, a number, a few dollars, but for Rachel, it's just her neighbors stopping by for some coffee. Thank you Rachel! Keep making it Matter

As an ex-barista, they did a great job! Didn't burn the espresso in several drinks (which you prevent by putting the espresso immediately into another liquid, like milk or water), and had apparent knowledge of the drinks and how they're made. They were incredibly friendly and had a cute dinosaur display. Thank you! 😊
