Inside of their extra crispy chicken is undercooked and doughy 🤢 I've had this issue in the past with the skin on the chicken sandwiches being doughy as well. My boyfriend placed an order online tonight and was told a 15 minute pick-up wait time on the website, called the store right after placing his order to make sure they received it and to get an estimated wait time over the phone and was told 25 minutes because they had just sold out of their extra crispy chicken. He arrived to the store 30 minutes after calling and his order still was not ready. They made him wait an additional 10 minutes in the lobby, and he could see the order screen where other drive through orders were being cleared out before his, and he has pictures of his order on the screen being open for over 40 minutes. All for us to get undercooked chicken, and having to return the entire meal anyways. Oh and he can't even get his money back for 2/3 business days because it was an online order. This location is the absolute worst.

I ordered food I was shocked at hot the box was. This would be the first time if ever gotten hot fries. I ate a couple fries and then got to the chicken. The chicken Hadn't even been cooked but it was definitely breaded. I dont know how they managed to pull that off . When I returned the food to the restaurant they asked me "would you like us to re-cook the chicken or what would you like us to do" I asked for my money back. The lady dragged her feet refunding me. I was so baffled that she asked if I wanted them to re-cook the food instead of offering fresh food or my money back. That place just looks nice on the outside but I dont know what they're doing in that kitchen 😅. Visit at your own risk

Been there a few times. One time, they were completely out of chicken and told us we could either wait 20 minutes or take tenders instead. Twice we have been there and they were out of extra crispy chicken. Very disappointed.

If I could've put no star's I would've it's really horrible slow Everytime I go there gotta wait for chicken this is the worst KFC I've ever been to someone needs to get this place together ASAP...

Really it's hit or miss here. Which is a shame because it's still a pretty new restaurant. The food is usually pretty good when they aren't out of it. The service is either good or pretty bad. Just flip a coin when you get to the menu. Here's hoping they find a decent staff one day

Ordered online to make it quick an easy for dinner. Called at 5:16to confirm they received my order an get a window on when the food would be ready. They said 25 mins i gave them 35 mins to fill order just to be sure I'd be in an out. Needless to say I didn't get my order filled till 50 mins after I placed it an watched as a whole line of cars came an went. Why place online which is supposed to be fast if it's faster going through drive through?
Edit** they sold me under cooked chicken their refund for online policy is requesting it from their online team. The online team said they could have gave me my money back in store an couldn't believe I was not offered my refund in store!

Cashier was not polite at all! Cut me off in the middle of ordering with what she thought I should order, didn't ask me if there was anything else and just told me to pull around. When I requested an additional item at the window, she literally rolled her eyes and gave a big sigh. I realize restaurants are having trouble getting good, competent employees, but this one needs to be let go. Or maybe they needs to stress training, professionalism and politeness. I also realize that Customers can be terrible, but when one is going out of their way to be polite, say please and thank you...get a clue!

I went here at 7:00pm and the drive thru worker tells me they are out of breast and wings for the night. Also every other time they never have extra crispy or original????? Smdh!!!
