very friendly interaction with employees and nice service. this location does not currently have a drive thru and there is a very faded "do not enter" sign on the side of the building where one may assume a drive thru may be located . also want to note my visit was on Christmas day and the staff seemed happy to be there and eager to help, while the interior is kept very clean and neat.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. The traffic pattern around the building in the parking lot can be troublesome during an initial visit because the direction of the "one way" is opposite a driver's first tendency to go to the right of the building, likely intent on using the drive thru. Problems being 1) there is NO drive thru at this spot and 2) traffic direction is opposite typical inclination to continue "right" around the building after entering driveway which would be going the Wrong Direction.

Worst customer service ever. They do not know how to greet customers. I went in,the lady on the counter was staring at me very creepily. I order cosmic coolatta she ring up for forzen coffee. Upon asking y was she charging me that price she came out very rude saying that’s what you order. Adding to that guy next to her counting money starting arguing even I heard what you said. I was like I know what I said. I don’t know who hired them or if they own this business they need to learn how to talk!

The worst experience in my life. Walked in at 8:20 and they were out of donuts, ok I get that they finished so my son asked for hash browns, he said the machines turned off already and he couldn't turn them on. He said they shut off 10 min prior to closing so they can clean. Huuh...weird. after buying just a cup of coffee I decided to check the opening hours for the store online. Turns out the store closes at 9pm. I chose to call the store and asked what time they closed today and the same guy said over the phone, "in 10 minites" I said ok, "how come online it says 9pm?" He said "well I have to leave early to catch the bus". Such a disappointment. I work with customer service, and I don't expect peefection, however this was an absolute disrespect.
