This store is my favorite Dunkin store so now I only come to this one . Elida and Ronni and Erick and others always treat me well. They are all friendly , try very hard to please , and are all super nice. This store is clean and roomy enough to enjoy your food if you choose to stay and I highly recommend this store to anyone. All of the people, especially Elida, go beyond to provide excellent service.

A happening place busy but I love the ice coffee and donuts and worth the wait.

It's dunkin not much more to say. The service was ok, the doughnuts could have been softer the coffee was ok according to my wife.
I asked for a cup of ice and they said they could not sell me a cup of ice because they were low on cups.

i come to dunkin every day sometimes twice a day.Even though there is no drive through at this mt kisco location i love going into dunkin.The manager carlos is super friendly and knows my order by heart. all the staff is super nice and i really enjoy getting coffee here everyday. Makes my day!

Carlos is amazing. He is very attentive. He remembers my order every morning and has it ready for me. I'm actually appalled by the other reviews. He gets me out of there asap because he knows I have to get to work also so he can complete the next order. He caters to everyone's needs. Thank you. Happy faithful Customer. :)
