My partner and I had a lovely lunch at Drift Cafe over the weekend! The cafe was so picturesque and had the atmosphere of being beside the sea. The milkshake was 10/10 and we both really enjoyed the food! The staff were really friendly and everything was well priced. Such a sweet spot for lunch and we’ll definitely be back :)

I've only had a coffee and a lemon cake for take away, and this is what the review and the rating are for.
The coffee is by Two Pence and sadly is a big disappointment. It is overburnt and bitter, and I had to chuck it away as it was not worth drinking. The lemon cake was very average, with too much fat.
I have not tried anything else. The sitting areas are beautiful and if the food and coffee were good, this would have been a great spot for a relaxed breakfast and lunch.

Smashed Avo and poached eggs done perfectly, coffees with the extra shot, sooo good that we grabbed a warmed blueberry muffin for our walk back and that didn't dissapoint either!

Unsafe food practices (no washing hands, no gloves to prepare food). I feel like I need to call some kind of health department. Incredibly low quality food and service. Overpriced, dirty sticky tables - absolute no-go be warned everyone. Depressing atmosphere with a mildly good view. Never again.
