Burger King

First and last time I order breakfast from them thru Doordash. Took over an hour for whatever reason. The sandwich looked depressing, compare this pic to the one on their site. It was also cold, like it was made an hour ago. No dipping sauce or syrup with french toast sticks either. What a waste of money. I don't know what their problem is, but they lost a customer.

So this Burger King is trying not to pay for an injury that I received while working there. I have been fighting with them, and now its on my Credit Report. They say, "Well we don't have the paper work for it". That's a shame, cause I do, also, if they made one call both managers on duty would have told them it happened at work. They very definition of a Bad Faith Claim. But I have, A copy of all 3 forms that I filled out. Both Managers ready to go to court and say it happened at work. And even better, video of said manager calling and telling them that it did happen, and them saying, "Not my problem" well guess what, now it is. Your little I'm not going to pay that 900 dollar bill is going to cost you a hell of a lot more now.

I dont know whats been going on lately but it sucks. Service is slow as hell. One time sat for 15 minutes in the drive thru, called the store, no one answered. And finally left. Fix your hours if you're not open, or help your customers. Staff is also ignorant. Could at least pretend to care. Another time she just handed us our food and didnt say anything. I asked, are we all good and she said yeah. I said have a good day too. Got home and the food was cold. Dont waste your time. Its also not okay to watch employees have a mental breakdown and scream at other employees through the drive thru window while waiting for said food. Get it together.

Food was cold, and wait at drive up speaker to order!? They never answered so pulled up to window after cars in front of us actually drove away without ordering at all bc of wait. And when we did pull up to window to try ordering, we got totally ignored until we yelled at the girl weather or not we could order some food please. Awful, will not visit this location again! Absolutely uncalled for! And yes, we always take into account the fact they might be short staffed and busy. But that wasn't the case! Just bad business ethics!
