Subway

Paid $20 for a tuna footling. The bread was burnt on the sides and I asked for extra tuna because you couldn’t even see the tuna when she put it on the bread. She put everything minimal. Onions, olives, tomatoes everything was like sprinkled. I asked for extra onion and still as you can see in the photos, you can’t even tell it’s extra anything. Probably the worst Subway I had and actually felt horrible paying $20 for that.

The last 3 or 4 orders, at least, have been partially wrong or missing extras that I paid for. I have lived in the area for 26 years and I have been coming here almost as long as this shop has been here. Back in the day, my orders got burnt so I stopped coming here for a while. You guys basically owe me the equivalent of 4 subs in stuff I have paid for and not received through Menulog. I have stopped coming here recently due to this and I am unsure if I will ever return. There are about 6 Subway's within about 10-15 minute drive, step up your game.

The lady I was served by today was extremely rude to all 3 customers including myself, made it seem like purchasing lunch from the store was a hassle to her. I believe her name is Duli. After todays experience I will be going to parkdale subway and I’m sure if many others get this treatment they will too.

Literally dont know why i continue giving this store a chance. Even the convenience of being essentially next door to me doesnt make up for the consistently poor quality food to come from here. Drive an extra 2 minutes to the Braeside subway, thank me later. Only saving grace is that despite lack of any flavour or really enjoyable features, there was indeed bread and meatballs that constitute a sandwich. Whether or not its worth the wasted money is another question. Up your game. How ingredients change that drastically from one store to another i have no idea.
