Pizza Hut

Food and service are fine until they're not. I've never had to complain about a problem at a food place before, but I've worked at some and been on the other end. It's wild how they handle (or don't handle) their mistakes. If youre from out of town and looking for some food, Emma's pizza a few blocks away is way better with both service and food.

This dump doesn’t deserve any stars. We ordered carry out tonight and drove to pick up our order which was completely wrong and then had to drive back to the store to get the right order. When we got the right order we got home, started to eat, and the pizza wasn’t even cooked.. returned to the store with the pizza because when we called they didn’t believe us. We gave them their uncooked pizza back and we were told by the manager that the dough was fine and that it’s just the bbq sauce. News flash - bbq sauce and pizza dough are not the same color. I attached pictures of our pizza. We will not be returning to Pizza Hut. Don’t waste your money here.

Kids working here that don't care. First off everytime I call to order I look at the deals online then I call and order but everytime they give me a price way over what it should be so I have to tell them I looked online at the menu, then they drop it down to that price so idk if they making money on the side by overcharging or what but it's happened 3 times in a row now. Then I get hung up on by a little girl working there, they are very unprofessional people. I have my dad go pick up a pizza and they say they didn't have 1 that I ordered, so he comes back and tells me,I call them and they say oh we have it here and don't know who was working the window that said that, we live 20 min away so I have to go back on the phone they said they'd give me credit or something and he comes back and they didn't give us anything for the inconvenience. This place is pretty bad service.

Ordered delivery to our hotel room. The Buffalo wings tipped over and opened in the guys bag and spilled sauces over everything. No biggie accidents happen. However, he proceeded to leave a trail of hot sauce from the door to the lobby and never said a thing to the front desk. I only know of the mess because I had to go to the lobby to get a for and napkin because you “don’t get these when you order pasta” you have to write it in the notes (I call bs) and when I called to see if we could get the cost of the extra sauce we ordered that we didn’t get…the manager was clueless about everything and very unprofessional but hey we get a credit to a restaurant 5 hours from where we live so…
