Pretty fast service considering the drive through line is long in the morning. Manager is very friendly.

I go to this location every single morning right before work, and sometimes I am in a rush and I will walk up to the counter and without ordering yet my drink is already made ready for me. They saw me walking in and made it right away for me to help me get in and out. I love this place and the management team is Outstanding. If i could give more stars I would.

First time I visited this location, the man that worked there was incredibly nice. My sons and I visited today and it was a bad experience. The older woman that waited on us was very rude. She seemed impatient with the time it took my youngest son to pick a donut. She seemed particularly agitated when I paid with a gift card. In the middle of the transaction, she handed us off to a very nice younger woman. Disappointed with how we were treated.

Never really had a problem ordering from here, but today 06/02/2021 the man who works there kept yelling at the lady that works with him for absolutely no reason, every time she would open her mouth to say something, he would yell at her and he also made threatening moves towards her as if he was going to hit her. She was terrified of him and also started crying, I felt really uncomfortable....

The seem to get my coffee order wrong every single time. I ask for 1 milk 1 sugar and they give you 4 milk 4 sugar. This has happened 5 or 6 times. I stopped going. Better off going to one of the other locations (the one on 38 in maple shade does a much better job)

Staff does not wear masks properly (at least in the morning hours). The lady who usually does the donuts/front counter has her mask on her neck and the younger guy does the same. Definitely not Covid safe...
As for the food, I've ordered from them a bunch of times. The coffee....eh doesn't seem fresh but the food is good (bagels, sandwiches, hashbrowns and donuts)

I stop in for a breakfast sandwich and OJ on my way in to work. They are open early and that works for me. Fast and convenient.
