Pizza Hut

I’ve been ordering delivery from this location to my job for quite a while & something like this has never happened . My coworkers & I found 2 dead flys on the pizza after we had already eaten a few slices . One of the flys was buried underneath the cheese & the other one was lying on top . We thought pizzas were supposed to be quality checked . I will not be ordering from this location anymore .

My pizza tasted funny so I call and ask for a refund the employee that answered was rude to me and the manager as well got to the store to get my refund the whole place smells like industrial grade cleaning products then it clicked they had gotten cleaner on my pizza didn't even get a sorry from the manager or any of the employees the woman that delivered my pizza entered the store shortly after I did and I heard her tell the manager that her eyes were burning the fumes were so strong I will never order from this place again ! poisoned pizza and and poor customer service with bad attitudes makes the decision pretty easy

My thin crust pizza was soggy and partially not cooked all the way through. I was very disappointed. I just went ahead and baked it some more in my home oven due to not wanting to return to the store. My other pizza the pepperoni was good. I would recommend for the team member to take a little more time and make sure all products are completely cooked before sending product out the door.

For a convenient meal I ordered it was a quality product from the taste to delivery. From the care that I could actually taste in the preparation of my meal to the actual delivery time , the pizza and wings were fresh and well so fresh we had to let it cool down before eating. The driver was so courteous she actually asked my permission to use my empty driveway to turn her vehicle around. I’m a disabled vet and rely on several delivery services and it is unfortunate that you don’t find that kind. Of pride in ones work and product any longer but I was very pleased. Enough so that I was compelled to call the store manager and let her know that I do appreciate their efforts.
