Chili's

I came in for lunch. I was seated immediately. I ordered as soon as the waitress came over for drink orders. I didn’t get my food for almost an hour but they brought out the desert before my food was ready. They didn’t ask me if I wanted the desert now but they brought it out anyways. The wooden holder is dirty and I kept finding pieces of what appears to be wax paper in the desert. It’s been 20 min since my desert came out and I still don’t have my lunch.

Yum, I love Chili’s 🌶. This location doesn’t offer great service and the surfaces are a bit on the sticky side. I love the Margarita Chicken. It tastes amazing 😋. The digital menu is a joke and extremely frustrating for those who don’t know the menu. I always get the same thing, (2 meals for $25), which is a great deal! There are better locations. Please remove all that promotional junk on the digital menu. Good grief that’s so annoying!

FIND ANOTHER LOCATION 👎 No host... we just sat ourselves at the bar. Dirty silverware! Waitress was the worst! Asked for to go tray which were LITERALLY behind her... she disappeared for 10 minutes and comes back after I've already got one from another patron who could just reach them. I thought chili's were pretty universal with taste but the margarita chicken tasted like no other Chili's I'd been to.

I get that it’s hard to find employees now. I’m sure chili’s doesn’t pay near enough what it takes to have a decent living but it’s miserable eating there. Every time we have gone we have gotten our orders wrong. The last time we went it took over an hour to get our food. They finally brought one of the persons meals but the rest took 10 more minutes to get out. When they finally brought all the orders every single one of them was wrong or missing something. We hardly ever saw the waitress. Never got refills, we asked the guy who brought our drinks out if we could get a refill but he said that wasn’t his job and the waitress would have to get them. This place needs help badly. Maybe some new management would help as well.

My waitress was amazing! You could tell she was being spread really thin bless her heart. That was the best part of our visit. The bar was dirty when we sat. It wasn't until my husband asked for cleaning supplies that they even cared to wipe it. Once our table was ready they seated us at a dirty booth. Food order was messed up by the kitchen several times, food came out really spaced out, and when it did arrive it was cold. They were running around like headless chickens and it showed that they were understaffed.

First of all it looks like a 5 year old threw my salad together. Less then fresh lettuce and nowhere on the menu does it say anything about onions in the buffalo chicken salad. So on about the third bite I about threw up when I got a bunch of finally diced onions I didn't see. So I just paid $13 for about 5 little strips of buffalo chicken.

Nowadays it's hard to get good service anywhere because everyone is so understaffed so this place is suffering for the same reason as the rest.. other than that the waitress we had was great but she had so many tables it was hard for her to take care of us and get us out the door in a timely manner. But her attitude was great and she definitely tried. Food was good 👍

Ive been eating at chilis for years, and the last time I came here it was mid. This time it was awesome. My buddy and I both ordered fajitas and they were just as good as I remember from 30 years ago. Fresh cheese, actual chunk guacamole and all. Tortillas could have been a little fresher, but were still good when freshly warmed.
