WORST KFC EVER! Where have your standards gone!?!? Had to get home delivery from Moonee ponds because the app would not let me order from Femington store. Oh how I wish that I could rewind time! The home delivery order was missing entire burger, potato and gravy, large chips and was given 2 small chip not filled properly which wasn't even on the order! Food was dry and chewy so I called and was told "oh that's terrible that shouldn't happen!" And I would receive a call & refund in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later haven't received anything yet! Severely disappointed! Was actually on my birthday and was meant to feed 2 people but it was too late to order anything else. On many times we tried to give this store a chance and on 5-6 times they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN! CHIPS! POPCORN CHICKEN! WICKED WINGS! at around 8pm! What kind of KFC RUNS OUT OF CHICKEN 2.5 hours before closing on a Friday/Saturday night!?!? Management must have no idea about running a basic level of service and this store definitely must not be up to KFC franchise standards! I am surprised this owner can even be allowed to hold a franchise license with the disgusting level of cleanliness (see all other people's posts for more evidence), inability to manage stock levels of YOUR ONLY PRODUCT! Don't even go inside or you will be disgusted with the pigeons that must live in there and their rent must be paid by cleaning left over meals off the tables... At the time of writing this I am eating a tasty KFC meal from the flemington store 2 suburbs over because I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO AVIOD EVER EATING HERE AGAIN!

Food was not consistent at this store. Was a regular customer between 2017-2019. Once , i had a some machine part in my gravy and mash. When i told this to staff they didnt even replaced me with the new one. Sometimes customers service is good but not at all times. Definitely love to see this place improve. Location was better.

Very rude staffs. I had an online order. When I arrive to pick-up the order,the front door was closed with a note -- 'Please go to drive through to collect food'. I waited drive through for 20 minutes. Finally when I reached the delivery counter, the rude staff asked me to come though the front door again. I request him to give the food and I can't go through the counter again. But he denied.

Terrible, terrible. Avoid. I ordered a box meal and got the wrong thing even after i questioned it via drive through. Go else where!!! Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave if he knew the standards of this store. The owners of the store seem to not care and Im sure that there is meant to be a level of standards that all owners of a franchise must agree to and keep the store a certain standard. This store needs to be looked at and addressed ASAP!!!!!
