Pub Mooloolaba

Mooloolaba Pub was a fun place to visit, it wasn't a planned visit, we just happened to walk past on our way back to the Mantra from the Surf Çlub and decided to stop in for a drink & a ended up sitting with the boys watching the footy for a while it was a fun end to a nice evening out, the staff were friendly & the other patrons we welcoming & very friendly also making the place somewhere I would like to visit again.

Horrible experience with darrie the manager last night which is unfortunate as it was with a group of 30 locals. A costly mistake was made on the me&u app due to being refused service at the counter in both the sports bar and bistro to order food. They stated because there was no eftpos machine they weren’t able to serve us, which is strange cause there is multiple on the sports bar where I tried to order. Upon noticing the mistake on the app I asked if we could try make it right which wouldn’t have been to any disadvantage to the pub and she handled the situation very unprofessionally and unpleasantly. I will also be contacting ALH local area manager for a resolution, sad such a bad taste lest in so many locals mouths.
