I’ve always loved the spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy’s. This location though… I could say some words but it would be too much. I get my chicken sandwich here and always have a hard bun and dry chicken. They have really gone down hill. I’m sorry but most of the stuff there could be done much better. They need to consider getting a good manager that does things right. A manager who knows food protocol and can teach it to his or her workers. Two stars go for it because I always have to wait a long time and the food is at least edible and very few times actually enjoyable. I’m sure the burgers are decent but not what they used to be. Anyway best of luck to this location. I hope you find something that can give you the motivation to do better in the long run. Stay strong and make the best out of your time spent working here.

I love reading through reviews from people who want this team to do better, better management, etc. News flash for y’all but this is what happens when you refuse to pay fast food workers fairly for their time. They go find other jobs. The team at this Wendy’s works really hard. There’s very little support for this staff and yet they still do their absolute best with what they have. This morning, a member of their team, who appeared to be the only person working, came out to take my order on paper as their systems were rebooting. The breakfast was phenomenal! Thank you so much for all that you do! Keep up the hard work!

Ordered 2 salads with grilled chicken breast, with an extra dressing packets. And a lg. unsweetened. We were charged twice for the drink. And it wasn't unsweetened. At the window we were told they were out of grilled chicken. We said crispy chicken was fine. I asked about double charge on drink. Yes we were charged but the refund took 2 employees 2 times to get us the correct change. We're back to hotel and there is no dressing at all for the salads. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else. You had one job, just one get the order right. Oh don't bother calling. You go right to voice-mail and its full.

LONG wait times. Stressed, poorly trained staff. Food is not cooked properly or as ordered. Workers cannot count change or use registers properly (we were overcharged repeatedly) . Not a particularly friendly staff or a clean dining room or restrooms. We used to enjoy Wendy's, but the quality ( and cooking) of the food at this location has caused us to go elsewhere. There are MUCH better options for far less money. Really sad that this restaurant is run so poorly.

When for lunch 4 cheeseburgers, a Dave's double, drinks and fries. $28.00 Later when we got home all went in trash. It took 25 minutes to get food the only person that was helping was a mam who had come from the Delta store. He took orders, got the food packed but others just stood one did fries and had to be told what size to fill, one at the grill our burgers were black and dry, but no ice for drinks, only sm and large cups no lids very dirty and cluttered behind the counter. We will never go back.
