This is the largest SBUX store I have ever seen. The place was very clean and the service was nice. I've seen the other reviews about drive-thru getting faster service and that may be true. We drove thru once and the service was efficient and delivered with a smile. We went inside one day and it was a little bit slower but still good customer service. To be fair, we ordered a lot of drinks and snacks too. My daughter works at our local store and I know the drive-thru does get priority but these are Corporate mandates.

This is my local “factory” store and it is consistently POOR. I can’t figure out the problem but every time I go it takes forever. Seems to be young high school kids as barristas who laugh and have a good time but pay little attention to how long it takes to make a simple cappuccino. Kroger store down the road has best SBX in town.

So this morning I had my experience with them. So I went to buy some drinks from them and a lady ran my card and it came out to be declined but I had money on it so I checked my account it said that money it was taken out and she ran it twice. So the second time it declined it because there was not enough money in the card at that time send ran it again. and they told us that it was the machine that was acting up and they wouldn't try to give us a refund or our drinks.

DO NOT GO INSIDE FOR YOUR COFFEE. the drive through line was long so my husband and I decided to just go in and boy was that a mistake. This Starbucks prioritizes drive through orders over everything else to the extent that they will not make your coffee unless they are DONE with the drive through orders. I’m not kidding we ordered our coffee and then waited 25 minutes for our coffee. There was one person in line ahead of us and one behind us and we all waited and watched as they made all the drive through drinks before even starting ours. They only made ours after the last car went through the drive through…just because someone is in the drive through doesn’t mean they HAVE to get their coffee at the earliest millisecond. Oh and then when I finally did get my coffee we waited 10 more minutes for my husbands…who just ordered a drip!!!! This whole ordeal put us back 30 minutes and there were maybe 5 guests in the entire place. This place really needs to reorganize their priorities so the people who at least come inside to have their coffee are given priority. Make the drive through people wait just a couple minutes longer for crying out loud. Oh and mobile orders…..the same 5 cups of mobile orders sat there the entire time we were inside and NO ONE came to get them. In 30 minutes!!! They just kept adding mobile orders to the counter as all us who just ordered were standing there. Absolutely ridiculous. Should have just taken one of those ones and left earlier. Get it together Starbucks you’re disappointing.

Honestly, such a shame... I was the only one inside, I ordered a drink, there were 5 workers and I waited more than 15 minutes for them to make it, meanwhile they were cleaning and avoiding me all the while helping countless cars drive thru.

This place was slower than slow. I was in around 3pm, no cars in drive through and not many people inside. They had 3 people working but were still about 4 people behind. I am not kidding you...from the time I ordered to the time I got my coffee was 40 mins. Insane! Better off getting it from the Target.
