I just want to give a shout-out to whoever is working today at your Alvarado St location in Monterey. I just received my order through Doordash, and it arrived stapled in a brown paper bag, packed beautifully so as not to spill, and had decorated with my name. It was so cute, so above-and-beyond... such a simple thing but it made me happy. I rarely write reviews but I thought this deserved a big THANK YOU to the staff at Jamba!

Details followed, no mistakes, ordered 2 large smoothies and loved it. However, their vegan options aren't vegan. The impossible sandwich contains eggs and milk. LOL

I love going to the Jamba downtown because the moment I walk in, the super nice girl who's there 99% of the time in the mornings is already entering the usual that my hubby & I both get. Especially now that Jamba offers mobile ordering, it's awesome being able to simply run in, grab our drinks, and get back on the road before work in the morning. The whole staff here is always friendly and makes an effort to get to know regular customers.

I'm religious about finding the Jamba Juice in every city, and this one is the best one. They make the Strawberry Dream shake better than anyone, and I'm a huge fan of the Matcha green tea smoothie too. Both have a similar base (soymilk/yoghurt) so they aren't tart, just a smooth shake that's not too sweet. We always find 24 min free street parking nearby.

I love my Jamba juices and their staff. I always get a greeting no matter how busy they are. I did a mobile order and walked in 6 min later and she was just pouring it from the blender. The place was packed with a bus load of soccer players. I was in and out in a second. Thanks Jamba
