Love coming here but I was passed off today. While my food is on top of the counter. They didn't even call my name after a long wait .
I decided to asked turn out to be my food sitting in there more 8minutes.
Don't get me wrong. I love this panera bread. I guess it depends whose on the floor..

A very well run Panera. The place is clean and staff friendly. It is also located in a plaza so plenty of parking.

They never answer the phone. I’ve been calling for 2 hours now. Still haven’t gotten my food.

Rafia gives excellent customer service! Always pleasant, friendly, and happy. I love her energy and how nice she is to me each time I come to get my coffee! She addresses me by my name or "baby" -Panera is lucky to have her -she's a dear lady~

Fresh ingredients unlike other Panera chain ( like stale Clifton and Wayne).

Today was my first time at this location. I normally go out of my way to patronize Panera locations because of the menu options, quality of food, and the great customer service but the cashier who helped me at this location seemed to have an attitude for some reason or another and it showed throughout her interaction with me. I was ready to just walk off at a point but decided not to. I had traveled all the way from East Newark to this location. Most likely will not be visiting this location again.

On a busy day with a lot errands, we decided to stop at Panera Bread on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair, NJ. We were hungry, but wanted to eat healthy. Upon arrival discovered you order on line and then pick it up inside or just use walk-in counter service. Using the walk-in, we ordered: 1)grilled cheese , small Apple Juice & snack, 2) grilled cheese with bacon, 3) grilled cheese with turkey and bacon , chips & (1) bottle of water. Each sandwich had nice sized portions and all were very tasty. The order was pricey, so be prepared to spend money.

Ive only been to this location a few time but I like the customer service. The ppl are friendly with a smile and you get what you ordered on.a timely fashion. I don't care what i order.....the food is.sooooo so good!## Good customer service.👍👍
