Applebees

The food was horrible. I ordered a sizzlin butter pecan blondie. The plate was cold not sizzling, my ice cream was melted. It looked like it was sitting for awhile. I had one small scoop. I’m not even going to talk about my boneless wings. It tasted just like the picture looked, horrible. But I still ate it 😂😂😂. I will never come to Monroe Applebee’s again. The server was good but the kitchen sucks. 12/11/2021 9:30pm

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Me and my husband and son went here last night for our anniversary dinner. We didn't get everything we ordered even tho my husband clearly said what he wanted. The waiter just took our order,brung our drinks and food and that was it. She never came to check on us to see if we needed a refill on drinks or anything. I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo which the noodles weren't done and it was dry, not enough Alfredo sauce at all!!!! Then to top it off I had to ask another waiter for our check and she said I'll get your waiter. Seems like our waiter needs more training in working in a place like that. We aren't even from there and for us to drive that far and pay the money we did, we expected better service. We will definitely not be going back!!!!!

Server not very knowledgeable. She kept having to get help. She was a bit dramatic. Lights flickered and she reacted a little over the top. Portions were so small my date left hungry. He had a steak, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. I gave him half of my cheeseburger to give him a little more food. It didn't come with any bread. We definitely won't be back. He wanted salmon but they were out. When you leave a restaurant hungry you don't go back. This never happens. The portions were just extremely small. It might have helped if the meal came with bread.

Overall good experience for me. I mean it wasn't too busy for a Saturday night and some Saturday nights are kind of packed and busy but then too I guess that kind of sort of depends on local sports events and maybe the pandemic has something to do with it but anyway the service was okay. Our server was nice but her service was a little below average. The food was great, I had the shrimp and cilantro rice bowl with the avocado Pico de gallo sauce. It had a good flavor to it.

LESS THAN IMPRESSED. I understand that To-Go people don't usually get tipped. But I paid extra to have the service, and the order brought to my car. 10 minutes late bringing it out from the pick up time. Instead, I had to go to the To-go door and get my meal. "I'm sorry I didnt bring it out to you." I'm glad I checked my meal before I drove off, because it was missing part of the order. "What were you missing?" "The Bacon Burger and fries." And the meal magically comes from off the shelf that looked to be tucked away.... thats a bit suspicious. Check the meal again, as I got home, less than 5 minutes away, and the fries are cold, mozzarella sticks are cold. First time coming to this Applebee's, and I have to say, I AM LESS THAN IMPRESSED. Looks like I'll try again in 6-8 months when the staff or management has changed... Should have read the To-Go order reviews. Seems they are One -star as well.
