We are always happy with our experience at the Monroe Bojangles. The food is delicious & the employees are always friendly & helpful. Many times, we've passed by many other Bojangles on our way to this location. Monroe is our favorite & for good reason! The wonderful staff should be proud of the job they're doing, & know that it doesn't go unnoticed. We appreciate y'all, & thank you for being great! :)

Waited until third order in a row was wrong to give bad review. Place has good food but customer service is worst I've ever experienced in area. Need to start over on management and staff. Try better english and pick a window your working out of. No need in making customer look stupid. Won't be back and suggest all who read steer clear.

Let me start with saying the person with the silver and green hair has the personality of a wet noodle. This person was rude and has no business representing any company. She gave me the incorrect change which was short (not surprised). This person refused to give us a straw. On top of the unpleasant interaction the biscuits were crumbled, cheese was not melted. Me and the fam will take our business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place for anyone trying to have a good day.

Over all the food was good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and picnic fries. Both were good however they only filled.the fries halfway! Very disappointed that they no longer have the oven roasted chicken bites. That was the reason I went to Bojangles.

Bojangles has great food and thats all I wanted today during these challenging times. Sometimes, good chicken, biscuits and dirty rice is all that one needs.

SLOW service in drive thru. 2 cars ahead of me and was in line TWENTY MINUTES before I got my two steak biscuits. Asked for grape jelly and got strawberry. The biscuits were ok-- have had much better in Loganville.
