Quite possibly one of the most challenging experiences that we have ever had at a McDonald's. For starters we were in line for approximately 45+ minutes from the time we got in line until we pulled away with our correct order. In the process they had an issue with an app code, had to get the manager involved (who was very friendly) and ultimately left out 4 sauces that they charged us extra for. We are also not sure why their inside is not open when every other restaurant seems to be operating normally which would likely ease the drive through congestion. The owners/operators really need to work with their staff to bring the consistency up to the rest of the McDonald's that we visit. Maybe avoid this location unless you have 30+ minutes for "fast food"...

Worst place. They take forever to get food. I’ve been waiting at this window 20-30 mins. And, finally a man comes up the window for the 1st person. Then, he sees us. Then walks away. I don’t recommend this place at all!!!! They need to hire better workers and better customer service!!!

I placed an order at intercom and by the time I got to the window I realized I forgot a sandwich. I wanted to add before I paid and the cashier had to get the manager. The manager was so rude. She said "NO! You can NOT add anything to your order!" "it's too much work to add!" I said "oh, okay!" And I heard the manager say "what does she even want anyway?"
Is it really THAT difficult to add anything to an order that's hasn't been paid for?
This MCDONALD'S has dramatically gone down hill. I understand Covid restrictions closed indoor seating on lots of places. Being under staffed has slowed businesses but can you at least be FRIENDLY??? No reason to be so rude, disrespectful, and down right nasty. I'm never returning to this McDonald's again and I'm telling others about your rude attitude. ;(

Been sitten here for so long..call the manager and he says they’re short staffed and hung up on me..if u don’t want to work then why make everyone else suffer. Can we please get some manga net in here that cares about ppl time. I have a longer video of sitting in the drive they along with the grumpy manger not caring about his job.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars, absolute worst service ever. Made my order a 7:32 and didn’t even get to the window till 8:14. And they only had 1 lane open. When I FINALLY got to the window the girl was extremely rude and just looked at me. The inside looked absolutely disgusting and all I could hear was them cussing up a storm on the inside WHICH WAS CLOSED. After sitting there for 10 more minutes she finally brought me my order WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT WAS MESSED UP. I asked “I would like to speak to the manager” which she replied “why for” I said “please get the manager” to her reply “they isn’t here” and I said “fine what’s the managers name” “I ain’t giving it to you, you can leave” and closed the window in my face and flipped me off.
This is the worst and most unprofessional Mcdonalds of all time. The staff are trash and so is the management for allowing it to go on. And you think you deserve $15 an hour? You deserve to never have a job again. Absolutely horrible. And I called the customer service line which doesn’t handle complaints or anything.

For starters the line was long so I just ordered on my app and did the curbside pickup no big deal. I ordered 3 LARGE sweet teas. I got 3 SMALL size sweet teas. No ice. The we’re OUT OF ICE. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF ICE? I also ordered a 20 pice chicken nuggets and only got 2 6 pieces. No BBQ like I asked for. I got a Big Mac and it only had one paddy. I asked if I could just get a refund since all this stuff was out and they said that there is no way for them to do that. RIDICULOUS

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order pickup while drive thru line moved quickly. Food was not fresh. Gave a customized sandwich that was not mine and had been sitting for over an hour.

By far the worst Mcdonalds I've had experience with. Lobby doors open, and I walked in with a mobile order# and they quickly rushed me out saying their lobby is closed. Why are your doors open then? I saw at least 6 other people walk in only to be quickly ushered out the door. Got my food extreme late, another time the order was completely wrong. I filed an official complaint and never heard from the owner. Terrible!!!!
