Huddle House

I see all the good reviews. But I guess it was the staff I had. Our food was cold when it came out our server came to the table twice to take our order then refill our drinks. You got 4 people sitting outside smoking on the side and 1 lady inside confused. Then some little waitress making a tiktok video in front of everyone dancing in the middle of the floor people having to walk around her.

Early Saturday morning, I stopped by the Huddle House, in Monroe, Georgia, to have an omelet! My request to my waitress was for a "light" omelet. Rubber, overcooked eggs don't sit well with me! My omelet (made by Stephanie) was perfectly cooked with multiple ingredients inside and there were hashbrowns and raisin toast to complete the plate! Not only was the food great, the presentation was perfect! Kudos to Stephanie for taking such pride in her work! Will definitely stop in at Huddle House the next time I'm passing through Monroe, Georgia! 😃

We visited this establishment on Tuesday night. It is Kids eat free night with an adult purchase of an entrée'. Not for us! I purchased an adult meal, and my son requested a kid's waffle. My meal was over 10.00. When she brought me the ticket, I was being charged for the kids waffler. When I brought it to waitress' attention. I was told that his waffle was not free. That her computer would not let it come off. I told her that the store needed to take the sign down, because they were false advertising. Needless to say after going back and forth, I paid for the waffle and called Corporate. They noted the incident. Guys, if you are gonna advertise something, please honor it.

The food was good and the device was exceptional. When we arrived the waitress let us know she was the only one working at that time and asked us to be patient. I must say she was very good at how she handled the situation and was able to all the customers great service. At most we only waited a few, about 5, minutes extra for our food. I was impressed.

The waitress was Overwhelmed, she didn't care about getting an order correct she got mine wrong three times she assisted other people that actually shut up between 10 to 20 minutes after I was there my order in that order drawn by her I was giving the wrong order three times by the cook and I had to get someone to cook to give me my order because order was incorrect not once twice but three times she didn't give me any silverware she never asked me if I would like additional refill on my drink. She never came to see if I was okay check up on me at all she got other patrons orders wrong. My salad was completely wrong didn't have croutons on it taste horrible the steak was cold it was no sauce given for my shrimp she didn't ask me for steak sauce she didn't offer it to me. The cook who cooked all the meals have an attitude! The place was a mess nobody seemed to want to clean up after someone had just left notice that another couple came in got an order got their food and I was still waiting for her to even get mine right I end up staying there for 57 minutes and this is the first time I can ever say that I never left one sent that anyone! BTW the below pick was how she finally was able to give me my food and as you can tell by my angle of my phone I was sitting in the opposite direction the place setting only has salt and pepper on the table I even had to ask for a menu 15 minutes after I was already there one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a Huddle House! I went back with 3 of my friends and got the same waitress that I had the first time. I ordered the same dish I had the last time and she messed it up AGAIN! The steak was raw and cold so I asked her to return it...she brought it back and I waited on the salad...AGAIN no salad I got a to box and she finally gave me a salad WITHOUT dressing...now here the situation...My three friends has a coupon for 25% off a dinner. It didn't what type of dinner. The waitress NEVER told us how to use it nor what we could order so I had alrrady ordered my meal and ate it and was ready to pay when SHE TOLD ALL OF US THAT THE COUPON FOR ME WASN'T VALAID.I wouldn't go to this location at all. It's horrible!
