Five Guys

Five Guys definitely have one of the best burger and fries that I've had. They use real hamburger meat and fresh cut potatoes for their french fries. The customer service was excellent today!! I highly recommend the location in Monroe NC, they are very clean. I saw them go clean the drink area often and the tables were freshly cleaned.

Here and there, the burgers are smaller than ever, and more expensive too. They are not much tastier than other fast food burgers. The fries are great, they are the best in town,, but again, you're going to pay about 7 bucks for small fries at the least. Bathrooms are usually clean, and the dining room is too loud. Easy location with a big parking lot. The service is hit or miss, depends on how crowded it is. The tables sometimes don't get cleaned when they are busy.. Wish they would bring on board some organic ketchup.

Not worth the $25 for a small friend, hotdog, cheeseburger and med drink. Soda machine not working (sign on the door would go LONG way), scraping the bottom of the ketchup pump with at least 5 of them standing around with time to joke about Happy Gilmore and Arnold Schwarzenegger. 10 mis between customers coming in so not overly busy... Long time before we come back.

From the huge hole in our wallet I really expected to have a delicious Burger. Signs throughout the restaurant tried to remind you that they are worth every penny, but I beg to differ. I had a lukewarm Burger with unmelted cheese. They failed to add any lettuce, tomato, pickle or mayo. Fries were very good but overpriced. So disappointed. 😞💰
