Arby's

To start the shift manager wasn't aware if the store had pickles. We received horrible food. The fries must had been sitting for a couple hours. They were well done and yet soggy. All of our items weren't in the bag. The bathroom was dirty. The bacon Swiss sandwich I got was made with two chicken breasts because one wasn't big enough to make the sandwich, both should have been thrown away as they were not fit for human consumption. Whether the food is right or not, they are slinging it out the door to cut down on waste costs. Would not recommend eating here.

Everything was tasty and fresh on this trip to Arby's. Fries were hot and crispy. Sandwiches were well made and not "squashed" looking, as they can sometimes be from any fast food place. We ordered a sandwich incorrectly (i.e., not how we wanted it), and they even remade that sandwich for us, even though the fault was ours. Definitely a good Arby's night.

Arrived around 10:50, the drive-thru had three cars ahead of me, I checked what time the restaurant closed and confirmed it was midnight, after waiting in the drive through until 11:11 the order machine kindly let me know that the restaurant was now closed. The three people ahead of me got their orders, while the rest of the line did not. The closing procedure is a joke and needs to be revised if that is common practice. To top that off for some reason the drive-thru is enclosed with curbs so I was essentially trapped in the drive-thru until everyone else cleared out. Forcing me to wait another ten minutes before I could leave.

I went through the drive thur and ordered a french dip sandwhich they didnt give the auju sauce i called after getting home and was hung up on 3 times by the fourth time they answer and i explain i have a $10 sandwhich i cant eat and she tells me not to be so picky and eat it without the sauce. When i tell her i ordered the sandwhich with sauce for a reason she tells me not to be rude. So thank you Anna (the name she gave me said she is a manager)for being rude and wasting my money
