Hardee's

We usually vist the Hardee's in Moline 3 times a week. This is probably our last trip ever. A week ago we ordered 2 1/3lb Angus bugers that were so burnt that our dogs wouldn't eat them. They we received coupons through the mail for signing up through Gmail you received a free Angus steak burger. We decided to try Hardee's again and was told they had no such buger, even though we showed the Gmail text were not apologetic or offered any such replacement product for any inconvenience. The manger on duty was rude when I called back to complain. Notified corporate with no response. Very unhappy customer.

My son and I went through drive thru on july 3rd my chicken tenders were terrible, was told it would take 15 minutes for some which was fine, son ordered a sandwich, we drove up to window and was handed cold and tough tenders that had sat along time and son received a sandwich that wasn't what he ordered and they boy at window was rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. We will never stop again, and I hope other people won't either at the one in the moline east moline, Illinois border. You won't get what you want or just got left overs
