Burger King

Never really had a problem at this location, even when they were slow due to staffing issues. However, today, I order a original chicken sandwich and I wanted to order it medium, the worker tells me "all of our combos are medium" which isn't true, I still received the extra .50c charge to have it upgraded to medium, which wouldn't be a problem, but she handed me a small! I don't care about the .50c but c'mon really -.-

Since my experience was so over the top I have to write a review, five star review for Jessica the manager at Burger King on Carpenter, she went above and beyond expectations and turned a not so good experience into a wonderful experience! People like her really deserve to be manager!!!!! I had went there on my way to work and they got busy shortly after I walked in and didn’t finish in time for me to be in time to work and I ended up having to leave to work without getting my food even though it was paid for. I had asked for a impossible whopper sandwich, add cheese and a couple other things but left it all… I asked my boyfriend to bring it to me since I can’t leave work and he picked everything up then dropped it at my work and when I opened the bag I realized they had forgotten to put cheese on my sandwich. I know mistakes happen and people are human but I was really sad because I was stuck at work for the next seven hours not being able to leave with a sandwich that didn’t taste as good without cheese that I paid for and didn’t know what to do, so I called the store and the manager Jessica was very apologetic and understanding and handled the situation by actually driving a new impossible sandwich with cheese to my work!!!! Can’t believe she went out of her way for that, and I appreciate it so much because most people would just say sorry and brush me off but she really did put the customer first in the situation and words can’t express how thankful I was for her pulling up that day with my food!! THANK YOU JESSICA!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Worst experience ever. Dirty place, dead flies on counter by cash register and on tables. Noticed after ordering. Ordered fries NO SALT, they took fries they had sitting in the fry bin to be dispensed to customers and PUT THEM BACK IN THE FRYER for a few minutes, then said 'fries no salt are ready now' we were like Uh you can't do that, we want fresh fries' they said 'that takes time' we said 'that's ok we'll wait'. A customer that just walked in asked me what was going on, so I told her what they just did with the french fries and she said OH I HATE WHEN THEY DO THAT'. By then we noticed the flies on front counter, I went to sit at a table and saw dead flies. So we said 'never mind just give us our money back, we're going to cancel our order. There's dead flies on the tables and the counter here by the cash register' the cashier just said 'I know' as she gave us our money back

Both locations here at north carpenter and hatch road made me sick. I mean bloated and throwing up for hours. The employee, Lisa is a wretched person. I’ve heard her berate other employees in person! And her service is horrendous. At the drive through, she hurries you then gets your order wrong. The food is prepared in the most sloppy way. Idk why I gave them a few chances but the most recent time last week, I got very sick. Do they have a clean restaurant? Or do they even follow safety protocol? No! Disgusting service and old food. Other Burger places will always be better! McDonald’s, Jack in the box, imburgers, Carl’s Jr. will all long be around after Burger King fails as the King has fallen.
