I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes inside. 5 workers working around the counters. Some girl who was in front of me was helped with a sense of urgency. As soon as she paid, the cashier walked away and totally ignored me. I didn't want to talk about race, but the girl in front of me was white. I'm not. This has happened to me 3 times now. 3 strikes you're out!! The above and beyond services are just not there. Also, once I paid, she didn't even say thank you, and she walked away. I'm here waiting for receipt and never even offered it. Wow, Starbucks. Where is the kind of service? I can't wait for robots to take orders all over the world. I will share this experience on social media and let it be known.........

My order is messed up again. This location messes up my order often. No one knows how to make a proper esspresso. They forget my sandwich. Or they give you a bagel instead of a sandwich. Won't be coming here for a while. Not like they care about 1 customer anyway.

It's a Starbucks. Dunno why there's another Starbucks like 100m away, but I was perfectly happy with my early-morning latte. Lots of stray cats at this location for some reason, so that was definitely a bonus.
