Denny's

We had a good time today at this Denny's. Everything we order was spot on! Even my eggs (that I like them over medium, with the runny yolk) were on point. My husband liked his Bourbon Bacon Burger, as good as a Denny's burger can get. Also my three kids enjoyed their pancakes, eggs and cheeseburger. Customer service was really good, this is something that we consider a lot whenever we decide to go back to any place. Cook on duty: Victor and Our Table Server/waitress: Melissa 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Well tonight my family and I decided to stop here and have dinner. The place only had about 3 other tables occupied so we thought it would go well. We were wrong. Our server was very nice but was not trained very well or did not retain how to do his job. We were never asked if we wanted refills I had to ask for more drinks for my family. I ordered a side salad with my meal and did not receive it title I asked for it as our server was bringing out our meals. my son got his food (American grand slam) he did not receive his toast so we asked where the toast was and our server said he would go and get it. We all ate our entire dinner before we saw the waiter again and he came up and asked if there was anything else we needed at this point is when I asked for refills and again for my son's toast. He said oh yes I will go and get that. He brought our drinks and said the toast would be right out. At this point we were done and wanted to check out so I told him to get give it to us in a go box. We were given the toast in a paper bag. Again our server was very nice and polite but the service was horrible.

We visited for a snack on a Saturday, around 1:05 pm. 3 of us. We ordered the Boneless Chicken Wings, a smoothie, and a cup of soup. We got the soup and smoothie after a short wait. We had to ask for the chicken wings, because the server forgot about them. They were supposed to come with celery, and they were out. Food was good, but service sucked. We weren't offered any water or soda refills. No tip today!
