Very clean as usual first Starbucks. My new favorite drink is the dragon fruit Refresher. Friendly staff which is what you would expect from a Starbucks

Great Starbucks site. Gets busy in the morning. When ordered by the mobile app, you get the order way much faster. Nice vibe in the place. Love it.

I felt so bad for the baristas. They had 2 difficult customers, but handled them with the utmost respect. They also made sure everyone was following Covid-19 guidelines. Drinks came out perfect, will come back when we are back in town

The employees are really wonderful people. They always greet me with a smile. Have never been dissatisfied with any of my orders or visits to this location. There are other locations that I can not say the same regarding my experience.

Sat and visited with my mother here. The store was clean and organized. I got a grande white mocha, and it was made fairly quickly and tasted great 😁
Sat there visiting for about an hour and was pleased with how calm it was in the store. Mostly just people on their laptops.
The only issue was that the bathroom was kinda gross. The mirrors were super smudgy and there was toilet paper all over the floor and in the sink.
I get it though, I've worked in a food service for 5 years. Getting to cleaning bathrooms is tricky.
Other than that, good spot. Decent parking as well.

Good place to study and hangout, tons of outlets to plug in to.The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I've never had any problem with my drinks. It does tend to get packed/busy though so there won't always be tables available.

Been there a few times now, first couple of visits, pretty great in terms of drink quality (from what you'd expect at Starbucks.) Last two visits, not exactly. First one involved them making my drink wrong (Or rather, substitution without my knowledge/permission), this second time not even following proper drink making procedure and just free-pouring my steamed milk, resulting in nearly half my drink just being foam. And no, it was not a drink that was meant to have so much foam, they were being impatient and short with me, even after I had watched them do this and asked for them to do the drink again.

I was absolutely shocked when I was at this Starbucks today. Complete disregard for employee/customer safety. Did not require customers to wear masks although it is manadated in CA. It is not a choice. It is a law put there by the state of CA to protect the public and workers. This is a crime! I will not be stopping here again. Someone should report the manager for allowing this to happen.
