This outlet is consistent. Once again they have got my order wrong. I have never had my order correctly filled yet, even though you have to process your own order at the screens and it is printed out for them. About time KFC woke up and employed a responsible grown up to keep an eye on these children and raise the stagnated of service at this outlet

Stock standard KFC, of which I normally quite enjoy. When I came through on a Thursday Night, the line for the drive through banked into the left lane of North East Road! However, this is hardly due to the restaurant staff themselves, I still was in and out under 15 minutes on the busiest night I've ever seen.

Ok, where do I start? Whenever we order KFC, be it through delivery or actually going into the restaurant to order, our food ordered is never complete, we are always missing items! This is very disappointing .. most of the time the food isn’t bad, it’s just we are missing items.. who is making the profit here!!!$

The worst service I have ever received the person at the pay window was very rude and was more interested in chatting with her friends standing with her than serving the paying customers Get to the collection window and have my order thrown at me open the box to find half the order missing an the remainder of the food squashed Would Strongly recommend you teach your staff some customer service skills before you let them talk to paying customers All staff members seem very rude an look unhappy to be there The quality of what you serve people is absolutely disgusting

Kids with terrible attitude work here. Stuff up your order first, charge you for a large meal and when ask for a bag to put three boxes and the girl reacted like it was the worst thing you could do to her. Seriously! Terrible customer service! Guy at the till said 'its too hot today hence he stuffed up' good excuse.
