Worst Experience ever! Women claimed I couldn’t get a refund after she messed up both of my sandwiches. I’m pregnant and my stomach started to feel heavy so I sent my boyfriend in.. mention you I’m on the phone with him giving him instructions the whole time, he clearly stated a “cold cut sandwich six inch with everything but spinach” also he ordered a six inch “rotisserie chicken bacon ranch” but for some reason they left off the bacon??.. my boyfriend came outside and explained to me that they said he had to pay for another sandwich after THE women on the veggies side messed up my sandwich.. meanwhile my unborn baby can’t eat spinach due to the fact it could be carrying leaf bugs so I know for a FACT he told her no spinach, now to top that off I knew she wasn’t listening cause I asked for a cup of sweet onion sauce too with my order and I didn’t even get that 😂😂😂.. now I’ve heard of refunds & replacing a sandwich but now they can’t do that after they mess ups? I had to pay for 2 more sandwiches.. and they was sloppy not to mention the women at the cash register on the other end of the gas station was budging into the conversation being rude and worried about our situation while she has 20 other people waiting in a long line! Will not be back! most terrible experience. it’s unsanitary! gloves was touching everything else including the walls. The older women was more worried about her burning biscuits that she was cooking in the subway oven then everyone else sandwich so ehhh. Won’t be coming back, horrible horrible customer service. This happened on April 13, 2022 with the “morning crew”

Nice service.... and every one deserves some help! Remember.... life is about helping... others when your able.. someone once helped me once and it made a world of a difference in my life... changed my world actually..... and you could be that someone to someone else... even if its a complete stranger.....

Came in at 2:37pm and the lady behind the counter told me the guy in front of me was her last customer for the day. WTH. It's 2:37 in the afternoon. Every time i go to this subway there is a problem. Whether no one working, or they just socializing or now closing mid afternoon. I will never come here again.

They act like you are inconveniencing them if you ask them to make a sandwich for you. There were 8 people lined up and one girl is up there making all the sandwiches, while the other is flirting on the phone with someone. I read the sign that said can make any sandwich a melt for a dollar. I asked for a steak and cheese melt and she wouldn't do it. I said well that sign says you can and she disagreed. There was a lady in front of me that was dark skinned and she got hers. so, now I'm of the opinion that, They will never make a sandwich the way you ask them to, if you are white. Won't ever spend a dime here again.
