Subway

My rating of 4 stars was only given because of the young man who served me. I do not recall his name, I believe he was relatively new to subway and the workforce in general. I commend his effort to make my experience with Subway a positive one. However the franchisee should focus on their mise en place before leaving any team members by them selves. The lack of line prep led to my very particular about her food Girlfriend disappointed. Though the sandwich was constructed well and tasty ( it was breakfast for me), there should have been the ingredients regularly offered. I cook for a living and know the items that were missing are not hard to come by. Overall not bad. Note to the franchisee, you should thank that young man for the extra two stars he earned you.

Customer service was good. Polite quick. Could calm down the mustard. Srirachi sauce needed change the veggies over some were not looking good. Remarks were study with customers no time as one employee comes from back from she says washing dishes. Shoulda been pulling what's needed for the line. Some customers like to see that lets us know we getting fresh food.

This SUBWAY is the worst! The customer service is horrible. I've had to repeatedly tell the sandwich maker to change his gloves before touching my food. The online order service is the worst. Sandwiches are never ready when they are supposed to. And they are VERY SLOW! If you are in a time crunch.... don't waste your time.
