Starbucks

For the past year I have worked near the Starbucks and it has become my regular morning routine to stop by and get a coffee. Out of the countless times that I have gone to this Starbucks, not a single time have I waited, not a single time has my order been anything but perfect and every time I have received outstanding customer service! The coffee is phenomenal and the staff is even better!

After they first opened up I had a lot of problems with this Starbucks the drinks just didn't seem to be right right and nothing seemed to go well there in the hour slow would take forever for them to fix something but over the past 6 to 8 months everything is improved they move quicker. The drinks are a whole lot better and the people there are a lot friendlier'. They go out of their way to help now and make things better like the other day I ordered a passion tea and the guy who served it to me said have you tried the new blueberry didn't even know there was one I tried it and it was very good so I appreciated the help that I got from that because I found a new drink that I like.

Me and my husband love and miss this place! We recently moved! They were very quick to remember us and our orders and we didn’t even go THAT often! Always so friendly and polite and good to our pets too! They gave us puppachinos without us ever having to ask for it. And I have to say I adore the diversity that this store has too! The people there are awesome, from all walks of life, young and old, colorful, artsy, hippie, etc We really love this place, it may be a chain but it feels like a mom and pop.

This Starbucks is down the street from my office and I usually head there a couple of times a week during my lunch break, but haven't been able to do that due to low staffing keeping their hours minimal (6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, I believe). Wish they could hire more people and get running again. The staff was always super friendly and chill!
