I ordered the spicy chicken combo. I requested it all to be freshly fried from the sandwich to the fries, needless to say that didn't happen. It was a line behind me once I pulled off I checked my food and was furious because I asked specifically to have everything fresh. I didn't even attempt to get back in that long line, I just went home.

The girl who took our order was very unprofessional. When we were placing our order my husband ask if they sale onion rings. The reply from her was Burger King does and they open. REALLY😳🤔 I don't think her boss would appreciate her soliciting for another company. We were visiting from out of town. We will never eat here again..... Rude!!!!!

Went there today around 6pm I had place my order online when I got there the order was just being made but I didn't mind the wait because it was a big order. My problem was the drive thru girl since I had place my order online I went thru the app pickup line when you go to this window the passenger side window is face the drive thru window she can to the window I told her my name and order she couldn't hear me so I repeated myself.She became frustrated and slame the window and walked away and told the other young lady to deal with me so this young lady comes to the window and get my name in 5 seconds and she let's me know it not ready which is no problem I have time so I can wait. She goes to make my order when she finishes she tell the first young lady I had to pass me my order she refused and said I'm not dealing with her yes I could her the window was open but my problem is I did nothing to her I wasn't rude I didn't cuss her out nothing I don't even know her to be treated like that was just wrong. Food was fresh and good and the other two employees was great but I will not be back I don't like getting treated like that for no reason.

Placed an order online family bundle two burgers two hotdogs a large fry and chicken bits and fries. Made one custom no ketchup or mustard on one ofthose hotdogs got there order not started then hot dog missing got home whole order wrong will never go there again and I will be letting family and friends know what to expect

Food was ok. Fries were relatively hot but I was charged and given too many. I had asked for a number 3 order with the extra large fries and funnel cake fries, and I even repeated it in the interest of clarification, and I still ended up with 2 orders of fries. The girl was having a rough night tonight and she said she was brand new, not to mention I had a bad night myself. I just wish I wasn't charged for 2 orders of fries I won't be able to eat.
