Hardee's

This Hardees was on point this morning. We were warmly greeted as we walked in. The food was hot and good as always. Of course it was a line because its Saturday morning, nobody hardly cooks Saturday; but Candy and the crew were clicking on all cylinders getting the line down and the food out quickly. Everybody was all smiles which makes a great customer experience. Did I mention Candy? She was awesome and had us laughing. She started our day off wonderful!

The chicken tenders were great, fries were old..my husband had the original thick burger and onion rings, it was good...the guy that waited on us at the drive thru was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of fries in my meal was smaller than a small fry lol and they were old and awful.

At one point and time, the bacon,egg,and cheese biscuits were good..now I'm not really sure what's going on...the bacon does not taste like bacon certainly doesn't look like bacon, so small so thin, don't even mention those so called eggs really....hardee's please go back to what made y'all famous. What you're serving now for breakfast isn't acceptable..that's not good for your customers. We all know what your dinner business look like..so do your self a favor and serve your customers what we pay for...

This Hardee’s has gone downhill for some reason. I have been eating here for 4 years. Saturday mornings I always grab breakfast. One morning I got like maybe two tablespoons of gravy for my gravy and biscuits. This morning I got a cinnamon and raisin biscuit with very little icing. It just seems like they don’t care. Last Saturday the manager was out front “coaching”, with little to no response. I’m not sure what changed in the last few months, but it’s for sure not for the better.

Decided to have Hardee's for a change for a father's day treat. Big mistake. While Waiting for our food an employee hands out an order containing one of our items to someone who was behind us after we had already been waiting for 5 minutes or more. Asked for a refund and they couldn't find our order in the system. My wife finally had to dig through her purse to find our receipt and more than a half hour later we were finally done and had our refund. The employee only gave a partial refund to start with since we had two orders and she swore that we had picked up one of our orders. She had to ask the other employees to make sure we hadn't gotten the other order before she would refund that order. Horrible experience and humiliating for my wife having been given the 3rd degree about the second order. Two words: never again.
