I went there on Sunday morning, 2/19, around 8:15AM for the first time to this location. There was a long line of cars at the drive thru, I was not in a hurry so I decided to wait. I wanted to let you know your staff did a wonderful job! The line moved very quickly and my order was ready when I reached the window and was perfect. Please please please congratulate those workers. They did a great job and I will be back!

Great for breakfast. Got biscuits and gravy and the ultimate sausage biscuit sandwich. All was good. Don't go often but had some coupons from the mail and wanted to try the food.

I didn't even get any food. When I got to the speaker to order I hear "what do you want". When I tell her "what I want" she smacks her lips, sighs and says "what else"? I ended up just driving away and went somewhere else. It's safe to say I won't be back even though I work right down the road. No manners and the worst customer service I've seen in a long time!

Terrible attitudes!! Asked for a manager. Cris the general manager spoke with me. Very rude person!! She rolled her eyes at me! Told me if I wasn't happy I could go elsewhere. What the heck are you guys doing to your stores?? I used to come almost everyday. They had a wonderful manager the blonde haired lady. Im not sure of her name i believe Lisa, Very professional and nice, what the hell happened?? Needless to say you have completely lost my business..

Their chicken biscuit is amazing perfectly cooked biscuit that is moist with perfectly cook white meat chicken that is moist and everyone I have had has always been hot and perfect. If you haven't tried them go try it best chicken biscuit in town, better then Chick-fil-A and popeyees.

Thanks for the sausage and..........egg biscuit this morning. What kind of person put this tiny little scrap of egg on a sandwich and think it's okay? This is not the first bad experience I've had at this Hardee's but it will be my last.

All drive thrus in West Mobile have very long lines but this Hardee's is very efficient in moving the line quickly. Order was as expected; this is also a plus because some West Mobile locations are not accurate.

Drove 15 minutes to get breakfast from this location. Arrived at 9:45am, sat in line for 15 minutes to be told they were no longer serving breakfast at 10am.
