Pizza Hut

Today at 2:23pm 9/15/21 My wife placed an order for curbside. Our total came out to $26 and$0.24.Anywho I went to go pick up the order and when I did the lady came outside.She had the order in her hands but told me that our card was decline.And insisted me to pay cash.Taken back by the news I called my wife to let her know.She then checked her bank account and saw that it was negative $26.24 from Pizza Hut. My wife even asked me to check her bank herself and I showed the lady Who was carrying the food.But still refused To give me the order so I let her know that I would be right back to pick up my wife from home.My wife had proof of the balance on her bank and a confirmation number proof that she paid.Yet when we show this to the lady when we're both they're inside the restaurant she still refused to give us the order.So my wife asked if she could speak to a supervisor.The lady there said that the supervisor was too busy To speak with us.So instead my wife asked if we could have the number to call corporate.The lady tells us that they do not have a number to call.When we got inside our car i google the number and found it.I honestly don't know what to say about this incident.I would just advise everybody to eat somewhere else. I know i will.And I will Inform everybody I know about this incident.

I love the pizza hut brand. This location should be closed down. Its unsanitary and badly managed. I have dined there twice both visits are worse pizza hut visits I've ever had. The tables are sticky. I moved to two different tables. The floor needs cleaning. Forget about seeing anyone to bring you a drink. I'm not mad at the young wait staff or cooks. Its bad management. The teenagers running the place did the best they could with keeping up but please don't dine there. Its like bad time capsule. Nothing is updated. The sports memorabilia is from the 90s. Half the cheerleaders on those posters are grandma's. Come on pizza hut we can do better. Love your product, this location has to go.

Ordered online and paid (which is kind of the purpose of ordering online) I get to the restaurant only for them to tell me I need to pay for my order again in cash even though I have already paid. I showed a confirmation number and the amount taken from my bank and my food was not given to me manager would not give me the food unless I paid in cash. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone else I feel like I was being robbed of my money.
