Shoyu

Between gate G8 and G9. Good sushi. We ordered dragon roll and crunch yuzu roll. Both tasted good. Yuzu roll was on the larger side, I had to take two bites. Also got miso soup, good but a little salty. However I had to order with a QR code, and there was no servers to take care of us. Overall it’s an ok restaurant 3 star. Considering it’s in an airport, I’ll give 4 stars.

Very tasty meal that was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Once I figured out how to use the online order system my meal was out very quickly. Great place to get a meal in the airport if you want to sit down between flights but don’t have a ton of time. Music was a little on the loud side in the area but overall the facility was clean and well kept by staff. I ordered with double chicken and they did not disappoint on the portion size. The only downside was the price for a single entree, but that is somewhat expected from an airport meal.

For airport food, not that bad. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and good sushi for an airport restaurant. I had a three hour layover that I needed to wait out and preferred a place where I could get some work done, charge my devices and get some dinner and this was great for it! Each table had and outlet for each person and simple scan and order system tied to each seat. This made it very convenient so you didn't have to lug your stuff around with food in had to find a place to sit. I was able to get my work in, charging in, and dinner! After ordering, my drink arrived only a couple minutes later, then shortly to follow the food I ordered. I got a 🍸dirty martini, 🥣miso soup, and a 🐉🍱dragon roll. Food was good for what I expected! I enjoyed dining here and would stop by again. The staff was all very friendly and loved the service.

Good food, quick service. I was a little skeptical when I saw softshell crab on the menu, but I saw good reviews and took a chance and I'm glad I did. It was a bit spicy, but I like that. 🌶️🦀🍜😋 Not the best ramen I've ever had, but definitely exceeded my expectations for an airport. Prices are petty typical for airport food (high for what you get, but you're paying for the convenience).

This was a great airport dining experience. Genuinely lovely dumplings. Open kitchen area provides full confidence in a freshly prepared menu. The seating wraps around back behind the bar areas giving a nice sheltered feel to the seating back there, which has a partial view up through the glass roof. Ordering is entirely via qr code, which is both convenient and a bit of a hassle, but service was prompt and efficient.

Given that this was an airport place, I had extremely low expectations about this place and I'm glad I didn't expect much. I ordered Dragon roll and a cucumber roll The avocado on the sushi wasn't fresh. In fact, it seemed like the avocado was mashed and not sliced! However, overall the flavors were good. The cucumber roll was good.
