I want to give this one a zero star! The worst drive thru ever. Half an hour in a line of 6 cars. What's really bad is the lane design...once you're in it, you are stuck there because they blocked you in with cement curve. Check out the photo. By the time I got to the first window to pay..I witnessed two workers not doing anything but chatting. The second window was also a joke. Yeah got my food handed to me. But the drink wasn't even ready and on the way to get my drink, the teenage worker had to stop to get cups for another staff, which was doing just fine on her own. So, whoever runs thus location needs to be a better manager and hire better workers and most of all get rid of the f***ing curve blocking the drive thru

Very unsanitary, they would not wear gloves and touch the food with their bare hands, even after touching money at the register! Was disgusted after watching them packing burgers into boxes without gloves and touching the fries from the top (with bare hands) and putting them into bags. Would not eat here again

9 out of 10 times this Minden, NV McDonald's gets our order wrong... Requesting a double cheeseburger to be plain must be the hardest request to fulfill. Asking for no onions on a quarter pounder must be the next hardest thing to do... The receipt usually shows the special requests, so at least the person taking the order did their part. But that's where it stops. It doesn't flow down to the people making the food... Not sure where the disconnect keeps happening over and over again but it gets old never getting your order right.

I recently was looking to order GH for McDonald's. I was getting confused as it was listed as open but I couldn't place an order. I simply went to call the restaurant to see if they were still open. My second time calling, got an out-of-breath, panting, heaving man that snapped rudely "No! We closed at FOUR!!" After I asked him if they were still open. It was 8pm at the time. Why was he there so late still? Why he was out of breath was unclear.

I almost never visit McDonald's primarily because I'm a Jack in the Box or Taco Bell girl. But, it was 9 PM and my tot had been stuck in a moving truck all day. The play area was clean, thank goodness, because the bathrooms were trashed. The restaurant was clean but the trash cans were full. There seemed to be a full night staff, one or two cars in the drive through, and only a group of four inside. So all in all, 7 people inside. It took a little over 15 minutes to get our food. Another 5 minutes and it could have been a regular restuarant. For a fast food restaurant this was bad... but it was because the fact they skipped putting everything on the burger that gets them this review. They had a little over 15 minutes to put everything on the burger. Nothing like a dry big mac... thanks.

We've been stopping here for a long time on our way to visit family and it has gotten worse and worse each time we go. Yesterday was the worst experience there. Not only was the stuff not friendly, but they didn't have receipt paper and when someone wanted a receipt the cashier just shrugged and told them they were out of paper. So we don't have a receipt with an order number, and our cashier doesn't give us an order number. Yet when our food was ready they keep calling out a number. Well how in the world are we supposed to know whose order it is? My boyfriend brought this up to the employee's attention and the girl gave him a dirty look later while she was on break sitting out in the restaurant area. Let's not mention how she and her friends who were visiting her we're talking about how she didn't want to be there and how she could get sent home. They out of trays (there were less than 10 customers in the restaurant) they didn't have any napkins out, and they filled our to go bag, since there were no trays, with at least 20 packets of ketchup, 4 ranch, and 2 BBQ sauces all of which we did not request. Now let's talk about the food. The fries were clearly old and I could tell they we're just kept warm. The hamburger patties we're overcooked (yeah I didn't know that was possible either) and the lettuce had seen better days. We are very clearly finding a better dinner stop on our long drive.
