The restaurant is very clean and inviting. I ordered 2 steak tacos. I received those, but also started with authentic chips and Chile Releño sauce. Excellent sauce by the way! My tacos came to my table with a grilled baby onion, a grilled jalapeño, 2 baby potatoes for what wound up being heat neutrality. I put the Chile sauce on my tacos and it was magical. I also received a can of Coke. All of that food for $8. The hospitality was superb as well! The waitress was very kind and the owner came to my table and asked if I enjoyed my food... Which I did. If you get the opportunity, stop in for authentic food and hospitality for a reasonable price. You'll be glad you did.

A great Mexican resturant; one of my favorites for lunch. The building is well kept, and quite large, and I've never seen a wait. The food isn't pricy at all, and the portions are massive! This isn't the kind of place I'd go in a date, or out for a nice dinner, but if you're with friends, or just craving for a large amount of good Mexican cuisine, I'm sure you'll be happy to eat here.

We were in Milwaukee from Chicago and stopped in here on a whim. The food and service were GREAT (the server told us he was new). I had the menudo, my husband had the enmoleadas, daughter had tacos de asada, baby had chicken tenders with fries and we had a taco de tripitas. The menudo was hearty and flavorful. The tripitas taco was fried to perfection. The corn tortillas were hand made. My husband's enmoleadas were delicious and my daughters loved the tacos and chicken tenders. Did I mention that the tortillas were handmade? All in all, we LOVED this place and agreed to come back the next time we're in Milwaukee.
