Jing's

I just moved to this area from Dekalb, Illinois. I am so happy I landed next to this place. I am so delightfully surprised how fabulous & fresh the food is! I knew all would be well when the friendly yet professional young lady took my order via phone. Delivery guy was quick & pleasant demeanor!! This was the perfect welcome to my new home that I needed!! Delicious reasonably priced food with great customer service!!

We ordered from Jing’s tonight for the first time, and even though we weren’t in the delivery area they still came! No one does that! Amazing. And the food was hot and fresh when it got here. We got curry chicken, pork fried rice, and Mongolian beef and they were all phenomenal. Will be ordering exclusively from here going forward. And while I will not mind driving for pickup at all I will say the delivery driver was so friendly and fast.

They were the only place open on Thanksgiving when we visited downtown Milwaukee. They were very nice on the phone and even better in person when I picked up our Thanksgiving dinner. the restaurant decor was we'll done and in good condition. The food was pretty typical Chinese takeout but a bit higher quality than most. I def would go again!

We were in the mood for Chinese and despite eating at several places in the third ward, I never knew of Jings. Almost missed the sign but it's up the stairs off the sidewalk in the building right across from shake shack. What a pleasant surprise as the food and service was very good. Started out with the pan fried dumplings like many others here and they did not disappoint. Beef lo mein, sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken was what we ordered and all enjoyed it.

My wife and I decided to have dinner here tonight. We are glad we did as the service and food was excellent. We had the Dumplings pan fried, they were fried perfectly and had a nice crunch to add some texture. The flavor was excellent and very neatly crafted. I had the General Tsos chicken for my entree, the batter was crisp and the chicken was tender. Also the sauce was excellent. My wife had the Mongolian Beef, which was very tender and tasted great. Only downside is that we could smell the oil from the kitchen throughout the dining area. Might I suggest the owner(s) invest in a more powerful hood vent.

My daughters and I are from Milwaukee but now live in Texas. We were in town and decided to stop by our favorite Chinese restaurant. We were unaware that the dinning area was closed. We decided to order takeout but Jinks was so gracious to accommodate us. The food was so fresh and amazing as usual. Jinks we truly appreciate your hospitality and enjoyed our conversation. Thank you for everything. Next time we’re in town we’ll make sure to call first😊.

Been here twice for the lunch buffet and hands down, it's the best lunch buffet I've been to. Lunch buffets are usually about volume over quantity but it's the exact opposite at Jing's. While the selection is smaller than most, the quality is much, much better than any other buffet I've been to. The food is always fresh and tastes very good. The restaurant is small as well but it's very clean and easily accommodates groups of all sizes.
