The employee came out of the bathroom with gloves on rubbing his eyes. He took my payment with the same gloves and he was about to use those same gloves before making my drinks. I asked him to changed his gloves, he got upset and asked why and I told him “because you just came out from the bathroom with those gloves”. He then changed them but he was upset. He proceeded to clean his nose and I told him to give me my money back and I also told him that he can get someone sick. The whole incident was done intentionally. Horrible hygiene and terrible customer service!

Not sure what happened to this place, it used to be good but today everything is just so bad. They forgot to put milk in one of my hot drinks, since the cup is not see thru so I only found out about it when I came home. Other drinks are either overly sweet or not sweet at all. They also overcharged me for at least 20% more than the prices posted on their menu. Won't be coming back again.

This place is awesome. I love the food as much as I love the staff. I grab something from here 2-3 nights a week usually. I am a huge fan of their enormously large-sized iced Thai Tea w/ mixed sized boba, and the popcorn chicken. My roommate and I switch between putting in group orders via DoorDash and they'll implement my previous requests even if I forget to put my comment in that time. Or if my roommate orders without doing a group order, they still know and package appropriately. That's such a win to me. When I sometimes arrive to pick up an order, they recognize me from a distance from behind my mask and get my to-go order ready without really saying much of anything. I think that's awesome.
