Subway

Ordered online on 3/5/22 but they couldn’t find my order. The employee started digging through the garbage to look for my receipt. Once she found it, she said she gave my order to someone else. She placed the receipt right on the working area and started making my sandwich again. For the whole time, she continued to touch the receipt while grabbing ingredients to make my sandwich and next customer’s salad. Needless to say the entire counter and the food ingredients are all contaminated. It’s disgusting and a clear violation of health code. You simply cannot be going through the garbage and immediately started working again without washing hands, let alone placing something from the garbage can on the working area.

I ordered a sandwich that was a footlong. The bill which includes coupon was $6.53. I gave her a $10 bill and 53 cents in 3 Pennys and 50 cent piece. She looked at the 50 cent coin on both sides and went into the back and talked to I assume a manager and came out and told me they will not accept the coin. I asked her why and she repeated it. I told her it is a legal coin I got in change from the store and she has to accept legal money. They use a standard cash register. The manager hid in the kitchen and refused to come out. I cannot find the receipt which has the 5 digit store number and how to contact Subway or I would. Bad service at this store

I used to go here multiple times during the week. However, a couple days back when I went there, the lady making my sub was rude. She wouldn’t put adequate quantity of green pepper and that she was very unhygienic say mixing the veggies placed on non veg subs with the same container and again serving the same for veg customers like me. I even told her that I’ve been a subway customer from 2008 and I know how much goes inside my sub. She wouldn’t care. I wouldn’t go here anymore. This store just lost 13$ (Average buy for me) * 3 times a week * 4 weeks a month = 150$. Losers.

I love subway, but I absolutely HATE this restaurant!! Woman did not change her gloves once while making several sandwiches, the guy behind me was allergic to bell peppers and I hate them. She had grabbed at those before me and got their juice all over mine and the poor man behind me. She also touched onions and mustard which she got all over ours. Not to mention who knows how many sandwiches she did before we came in. I will never go there again, absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend, and I will be complaining to whoever owns the place.

Some of the Subway locations nearby are either dirty, old, have mean staff, or just in general are a pain to deal with. This one consistently has had kind and friendly staff in the newer, more modern design of Subway locations. It's clean, simple, and has exactly what you want when you're craving the Subway thing.

Worst serviceable Rude people with no courtesy. She did not even know names of the sauces. We had to tell her three times to add more veggies because she was cheating out on most of them. Never go here. They did nt even have a bread available. SUBWAY makes bread in the store and they did not have bread 1hr before closing.
