Subway

Saw a fly on my grilled chicken pattie as well as flys on the patties on the counter. I informed the employees but she only throw away thos patties has fly on it. I really concerned about the food safety because how they handle the food and feel disgusted. Also, all the vegetable seems are not really fresh.

Clean and on top of that ... the employee!! omg she's really nice asked for the bread to be extra toasted , every time I ask at subways for extra whatever they're like 😒 what else !? However her was the best she kept asking if I liked the way she did the toppings and everything and a great thank you sir have a nice day ! (A sandwich that goes a long way not subway this time) I would hire her any day!

First of all, there was no hello or any smile when I walked into the restaurant. That is not a problem but what followed after was completely uncalled for and hence my 1 star review. If you’re going to visit this subway, let me educate you on what you might expect to deal with. I ordered two sandwiches for my spouse and I. At the time of ordering, the female employee by the name of Haavi? Harvey? Clearly did not seem to be too interested in helping me that night, for reasons unknown. I requested onions on one and not the other but got served onions on both the sandwiches. I quickly stopped the employee from adding more and said that I had requested no onions on the other. She seemed irritated by me letting her know of her mistake. Then after, I carried on to have multiple seasonings and sauces added on my sandwiches. She seemed frustrated at my request to have the sauces added and then went on to say “wow are you done?”. Mind you, I’m ordering 2 sandwiches with different specifications but the employee was completely over me curating my sandwiches. I followed up with “I’m not done” which I was responded with her slamming the sauce container on the table and staring me down. At that point I lost my train of thought because I could not believe at how I was being treated at that moment and decided to pay and leave. I did not finish curating my sandwich which I should have because subway is a place that allows me to do that, but due to the employees behavior, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway. Word of advise to the management: train your employees to treat customers with dignity. I wasn’t there demanding Michelin star service. I simply was there to have 2 sandwiches made for dinner and I couldn’t even get that properly done without being mistreated by your employee. You should train her and everyone in general before you lose your business.

Never got to try this place. Google said it closes SOON at 10PM. Walked over and arrived at 930PM.sign on door says cloaes At 10PM also. BUT THE DANG DOOR WAS LOCKED AND THEY WAVED US AWAY. I came from a different time zone, but to me 10PM IS 10PM. IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE EARLIER, POST IT ON YOUR EFFIN DOOR, OKAY???
