Terrace Cafe

Ehh. For hotel food it isn't terrible. But for the price of a room here I'd expect more than watery coffee, wet, floppy bacon, and not even browned sausage. The juices all seemed like 50% watered down. But there were some decent eggs and good muffins and croissants. Food doesn't live up to a so-called 3-star hotel. At all..

This place is definitely like stepping into a time machine. The ambiance matches the decor: Older crowd, nothing flashy. Food is what you would expect at a California-American restaurant and the kitchen does a fantastic job! Everything I have ordered has always tasted very savory and exceeded my expectations. As far as service goes, they might as well convert the restaurant from a full-service restaurant to a counter-style restaurant. The waiter takes my order, brings me water, brings me my food, brings me my drinks, brings me my check. If I wasn't in the area so much, I would rather eat at home. At least at home, I wouldn't feel so bad for not tipping myself.
