Dunkin'

Miserable server was super rude and standoffish I assume it was due to my uniform. I work security and the guy seemed angry that I was a cop. I go into here at times when I go get my brother and never was treated so bad as the one time I had my uniform on. The guy was slamming things didn't want to talk to me or take our order. Was eye rolling and sighing. We ordered two coffees that's it. I've never been treated so poorly getting coffee. I'm not even a cop I'm security.

We have visited this location a few times, as we live locally and it there are not many DD locations near here. However, every time we have visited, it has been bad. Either the drive thru line is long and moving horribly slowly, or the lobby is empty and the staff don't mind making you wait for 20 minutes for your food. This last time, the drive thru line was so long, then when we were finished at the window and drove away, we couldn't even get back in the line or into the parking area to address the fact that the order they handed us was the entirely wrong order. We wasted our money and could do nothing about it.

Just witnessed the most unprofessional employee at this location. Rita, just screamed and shoved a coworker before yelling for her to get out and to take a break. We happened across the employee outside who was visibly upset and crying. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! In a world where there is employee shortages in almost every service job those who actually come in to work shouldn’t have to worry about being berated in what I can only imagine is an already stressful work environment. Do better Dunkin’!
