6/26/22: Had the bone in Southern fried chicken (4*, decent but Popeyes is better, hands down), with turnip greens (2*, had a weird flavor, def would not order again), and the hash brown casserole (4.25*, pretty good).

Our server Erica was truly amazing. Professional, polite, funny a good vibe. My husband and I had a very late breakfast at 2:00pm. The food was amazing Pecan pancakes for me Blueberry for him they were both fantastic. I love the fried apples. The hashbrown casserole could have has a little more crunch but other than that the food and service was great. THANK YOU ERICA YOUR SERVICE WAS APPRECIATED.

I Always love Cracker Barrel but our waiter PETER today made it even better!!! He was sooo kind & personable! I love going to a restaurant where they make you feel at home... He was Super fast, Attentive, Nice & Friendly... Thank you Peter for making our visit a pleasure!!! Waiters like him should get Extra Benefits & Praise!!!! & Food Was Delicious here as always!! This place is a classic. Got the pot roast and it was good. The peach ice tea was special. I wished they kept serving it to me but the service was a little slow . Cat fish is also great. I didn't get the country fried steak this time but I will be back.

The second time I've been to cracker barrel. Our waiter was awesome the food was wonderful. We did have to wait a little bit but that really wasn't a bother. I'm definitely going to try and go back on the 19th after I see the new ghostbuster movie

Great prices and huge portions. The drinks were so inexpensive and good. Recommend getting the fried chicken! Will be back to try the desserts next time. Best sweet potato ever!
Our server Peter was excellent, very nice and helpful.
Check it out! Also they have a whole gift shop before the restaurant.

Everything started off good “at first.” We were told there was a 45 min wait-all good. We know it’s a town favorite on a Sunday morning. We were seated an hour later- still no dissatisfaction there; it happens. I found out they served mimosas and the strawberry one was amazing. My meal was great, only my plate came out with 4 pancakes instead of 2- ok, cool!
Now the ugly- my husband ordered steak as he always does, medium-well. His plate came out and it was DRIPPING in blood with the first cut. We sent it back. Apparently the waitress thought he asked for “rare.” BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. The newly cooked steak was brought out by a cook- STILL DRIPPING IN BLOOD. We were disgusted to say the least. Will not be back since staff seems to be incompetent.
