Denny's

So this afternoon for lunch I had called in and ordered a bacon cheeseburger which was cold and all wrong. My cheese wasn’t melted and it had onions lettuce and tomatoes which when it was ordered I ordered it with nothing but meat cheese bacon and ketchup. When I got home to eat my food it was nasty. At the time I didnt have time to complain because I had to go back to work. So this evening my mother and I came back for her to get a meal. At this time I spoke with night manager Paul about the situation that ocurred earlier in the day. I told him what I ordered and what I received. He told me that I would have to speak to the daytime manager which is Marco. Well while my mother was enjoying her meal my waiter Renee brought out a fresh hot bacon cheeseburger meal with melted cheese made exactly how I had wanted it earlier this day. So even though this was not Pauls issue he made it right. So I thank you so much Paul you made my night.

Again Denny's exists for expectations this is pure expectations fulfilled, food good prepared as I requested served hot by a crew who wanted to be there, I dislike any facility where the employee attitudes are the job exists to support them instead of other way around here obvious employees are treated fair as expressed by their attitudes it's neat clean all things Denny's as you expect it to be thank you all, kudo's

Food was great. Ordered the steak omelet with hashbrowns and toast and an order of the strawberry hushpuppy things. Food came out quickly and tasted amazing. My server, Laura B. was super. Very polite and friendly. Attentive but not over bearing. She was the perfect waitress. Overall great experience here.
